Coping with a big change like becoming a mom can feel overwhelming and that includes noticing your body looks and feels different.

Strangely enough, no one teaches us what to do with our own body after giving birth. We get books about child development and introducing solids, but almost nothing about what we as mothers need in order to heal.

That’s why this challenge exists.

The Postpartum Core Reset is a 3-day workshop for moms who want to understand what they can do to feel stronger and more “put back together” again - without dieting, restricting anything or trying to bounce back.

    • How food and energy actually affect your stomach and how you feel, with simple guidance to figure out what works best for your body. No calorie counting or strict rules.

    • A simple, safe exercise routine that helps your deep core muscles come back “online.” For many moms, that also means their belly starts to feel stronger and look flatter because the muscles are finally working the way they’re meant to, not because of cutting meals or intense workouts.

    • Clarity around the thoughts that keep you stuck, the guilt, the “I don’t have time,” the belief that everything is too hard, so taking care of yourself starts to feel possible.
