Coping with a big change, like becoming a mom, can be overwhelming and that includes noticing your body looks and feels different.
Strangely enough, no one teaches us what to do with our own body after giving birth. We get books about child development and introducing solids, but almost nothing about what we need to heal.
That’s why this challenge exists.
